Concept

By warming sake, its unique character and flavors are enhanced. With this philosophy, we believe that both cuisine and people can shine through the gentle warmth of nurukan (lukewarm sake). At “Kanagari Hanare,” enjoy a moment of comfort and relaxation.

Course

We offer a variety of courses, from the standard course in which you can enjoy a powerful single fish to a course in which the main dish is the high-class “Nodoguro” fish. Please choose the course that best suits your occasion. You can also fully enjoy our specialty sake with our all-you-can-drink menu.

Food

In addition to our robatayaki dishes, we offer a variety of specialties that pair perfectly with sake. For the perfect accompaniment, we recommend Koshihikari rice from master rice grower Yoshimitsu Honda, carefully cooked in Nanbu ironware.

Drink

We always have more than 50 kinds of sake available. Our sake sommelier selects the best sake of the season to match the ingredients of the season. Please enjoy our specialty Robata-yaki and Koshihikari rice cooked in a Nanbu ironware while heating sake to lukewarm.

Spaces

With warm lighting and the nostalgic aroma of tatami, our restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal surrounded by the warmth of natural wood. At our counter seats, seasonal ingredients are displayed right in front of you, creating a delightful experience even as you wait for your dishes to be served.
